The Network & Security Architect will work closely with the Applications Architect, and cross-functionally with various IT teams, including Cybersecurity, IT Help Desk, Projects, and Networking to resolve technical issues, but also to facilitate infrastructure/system ownership transition. This position also requires expertise in various network operating systems and architecture, cybersecurity technologies and strategies. The Network & Security Architect assumes a lead role in IT for the development of security architecture and standards, in addition to supervising and mentoring members of the department.
This position is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance/support, and provide technical expertise and architectural solutions in networking and cybersecurity areas. The Network & Security Architect manages, documents, and enhances product implementations.
